Chef's Salad - - Low Carb Recipe

Ingredients :

Romaine Lettuce (or your favorite lettuce)
Ham or Turkey - diced
Hard Boiled Egg - quartered
2 Bacon Slices - crumbled
Onion Slice
Swiss Cheese (or your favorite)
2 Tblsp Ranch or Cream Dressing

Difficulty : Easy
Makes : 1 Serving
Carbs per serving : 3 - 4g of net carbs

Notes: Eat as much lettuce as you want. It's practically no carb. Creamy dressing are the preferred low carb choice for this salad. You could also just do a Oil / Vinegar based dressing (or make your own).

To make your own cream dressing:

1 Tblsp Sour Cream
1 Tblsp Mayo
Sprinkle of Garlic Powder
Chopped Chives or onion
Salt & Pepper
