‘Slap Yo Neanderthal Mama’ Chicken Wings Recipe

Ultra Addictive “Slap Yo Neanderthal Mama” Fully Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe:


1 package Organic Smart Chicken Bone-In Wings and Drumettes
3 Tblsp Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
2 – 3 Tblsp Favorite Hot Sauce (Frank’s, Kroger’s, etc.)
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Organic Pepper
1/2 tsp Organic Garlic Powder


Salt and pepper wings.

Turn on oven to 360 F.

Place chicken wings in a large, heavy, oven proof, stainless steel skillet SKIN SIDE DOWN first.

Turn on stove top to medium heat.

Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on stove top.

Flip chicken wings over.

Dust wings with some garlic powder.

Place in oven and cook until golden brown (50-55 minutes).  Or at least 160-180 F.

Remove skillet from the oven.

Remove golden brown and delicious wings from skillet and set wings aside.

Do NOT eat yet!

Pour the coconut oil, hot sauce, garlic powder and a pinch of salt into the same skillet.

Stir to mix the ‘Buffalo’ sauce along with any rendered chicken fat.

Place the wings into the magical sauce and toss until wings are beautifully and thoroughly coated.

Next, scarf down these wings with reckless abandon and grunt often.  Enjoy!


Lick out the skillet completely, after it has cooled a bit.

Consider doubling or tripling the recipe for one serving next time.

Eat daily?  Hourly?


Protein = good.  Fat = lots.  Sodium – definitely.  Carbs = neglible.
